In compliance with that established in article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, concerning the Protection of Personal Data, Hijos de Ybarra, S.A. hereby informs you that the personal data which you supply to us by means of filling in any electronic registration form that appears on our website as well as the data which  Hijos de Ybarra, S.A. receives as a result of you searching the internet, consulting the company, making a request or contracting any service or product from us, or from any transaction or operation made via the YBARRA S.A. website will be recorded in a file, for which  Hijos de Ybarra S.A., is responsible, in its corporate  headquarters (Ctra. Isla Menor, Km. 1.8, 41700, Dos Hermanas, Sevilla).  You will be able to exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the treatment of your data under the terms and conditions established in the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data itself.

You are requested to communicate any modification of your personal data to Hijos de Ybarra S.A. immediately, so that the information contained in the files of Hijos de Ybarra, S.A. be at all times up-to-date and does not contain errors. In addition, with the acceptance of this Legal Notice, you are recognising that the information and personal data requested by us and supplied by you are exact and correct.

The failure to provide the personal data that are requested in any electronic registration form could result in Hijos de Ybarra, S.A. not being able to attend to your request. The aim of collecting your personal data is that specifically stated on each one of the pages where the electronic registration form appears.
